Something on a page is wrong

Include the address of the page (it looks like denosgarden.com/s/…) and which step or fact you mean. If a card’s steps don’t match its own quotation, that’s our mistake, and those get fixed first. If you think the source itself is wrong, a reference for a better protocol is a big help. Email a correction.

A plant you’d like to see

Requests decide which species are added next. Give the Latin name if you know it. Ask for a species.

Your account or a payment

Write from the email address on your account, and say what you were doing when it went wrong. Never send a password or a card number. Plans, cancellation and refunds are covered in the Terms; what an account stores, and how to have it deleted, is in the Privacy Policy.
